Our work was selected to feature in A+, a showcase for young designers, at the NewYork International Gift Fair this winter. This is a great opportunity for us to introduce our first product, the Canadian Cat Cabin, on an international wholesale market. We also look forward to meeting designers from all over the world.

A+ The Young Designers’ Platform introduces the work of selected emerging designers. It is presented as a group booth within the Accent on Design section of NYIFG, the gift and home industry’s leading resource for design-led merchandise for over 25 years.

The selection committee’s criteria are: original, creative and authentic product design; new and innovative use of materials; products that address and solve problems; consistent and continuous new product creations; a focus on contemporary design (according to the jury); and functionality.

Accent on Design jury members include David Alhadeff, The Future Perfect; Miguel Calvo, Design & Research; Jamie Gray, Matter; Ilene Shaw, Shaw + Co! Productions; and Wilma Wabnitz, Wabnitz Editions Ltd.
